We are an Architectural Design Company that takes pride in delivering bespoke designs to suit your requirements.

We treat each design with an individual approach. Our designs are tailored to our client’s requirements and the needs of the persons using the space.

We specialise in domestic and commercial projects including house extensions, alterations, conversions and new-builds. We are able to take your project from concept to completion.

I have around 20 years experience working as an architectural designer for many different project. I am proud to say I am also a time-served bricklayer and that I have successfully passed my NVQ Level 1, 2 and Advanced craft NVQ level 3.

Over the years I’ve been involved first hand on many complex design and builds. I’ve worked alongside many different architects and engineers over the 20 years and taken away a-lot of positives from each individual. I’ve always had a passion for good design and problem solving. I started designing from an early stage in my construction career. As a builder / architectural designer, I feel I’m in a really fortunate position to design a buildings. I fully understand what it takes to create a stunning design and better still I have an understanding of if the project is achievable from a builders point of view. We can often design to your ideal budget and offer ways of saving if required or how to add a little extra “wow” factor.

I take a lot of pleasure knowing my design are delivering happiness and enjoyment to my clients using them.

Planning / permitted development drawings

We carry out detailed surveys to fully understand your existing property. We will listen to your brief and come back to you with a concept design. We will look at the property as a whole and look to make improvements where practically possible. Our designs are heavily based on getting a lot of natural light into the property. We pay close attention to the homes orientation to help us at the design stage. We carry out all the relevant applications on your behalf to ensure your project meets the approval of the local authorities.

Building regulations drawings

These are a really important document for you and your builder. This allows you and the builder understand how we want the building to be built. These document the details and materials that shall be used in the build. Also how the build fits together. These drawings are also very useful at the pricing up stage as the contractor are pricing ‘like for like.’ This helps prevent any over or under estimating and gives the client a clear view when appointing the contractor. We feel this is money well spent.Getting your design correct can save you more money at the build stage.

3D Images and video walkthroughs

We offer in house 3D images and video walkthroughs. This is great way to see your investment come to life before it’s even built. This is particularly useful tool for people who sometime may find it difficult to visualise the end result. We feel this is a proven cost effective way to fully understand how the build with settle in with the existing home or surrounding site.

Site management / supply your approved building team

We can offer site management and can carry out regular site visits to ensure the project is meeting everyone’s expectations. We can liaise with the contractors, professionals and building control as required. We can be on hand to swiftly answer any questions and be available to help make any decisions on the build. This can be a great benefit to any of our clients that want a bit of peace of mind and someone to take some of the stresses caused by the disruption of the building process.

We can supply quotes for all the building works as required. We can invite contractors to price the works and ensure any special requests are met.
