Beverley Rear Extension
Case Study: Beverley Extension Project
Location: Beverley
Scope: 2D and 3D Design
Our team was commissioned to explore multiple design options for a home extension in Beverley. The client’s primary goal was to expand the space off the existing kitchen, creating a larger, more functional area while minimising disruption to the current layout. This required a thoughtful approach to ensure that the new addition blended seamlessly with the existing structure and enhanced the home’s functionality without major alterations to the original rooms.
We began by developing a range of 2D floor plans and 3D visualisations, each tailored to different layouts and design possibilities. These options allowed the client to visualize how the extension could meet their needs for additional space without compromising the character of the existing kitchen. The proposed designs included a smooth transition from the kitchen into the new area, maximising both natural light and flow to create a bright, open feel.
Each design prioritized ease of integration, minimising construction impacts on the existing layout. The final design selection achieved a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, offering the client an expanded living space that complements the original structure while meeting their practical needs. This project successfully delivered a subtle yet impactful transformation with minimal disruption.
