We collaborated closely with local planners to develop a design that met regulatory requirements and received approval. This process involved conducting detailed surveys to assess any potential impact on neighboring properties and nearby trees protected by tree preservation orders. These assessments were essential in guiding the placement and footprint of the extension, ensuring that the new structure would respect the surrounding environment and community guidelines.

The final design incorporated a spacious layout that seamlessly integrated with the home, creating an inviting and stylish snooker room. Our 2D and 3D visualisations provided the client with a clear understanding of how the extension would look and function, allowing them to envision the finished space in detail.
