Our team was engaged to design a rear and side extension for a property in Patrington, with the objective of creating a spacious, open-plan kitchen and seating area capable of accommodating large gatherings. The client envisioned a functional yet inviting space that would serve as the heart of the home, with an optimal layout for both everyday living and entertaining.

We provided several design options, each integrating a large kitchen area with ample seating, ensuring comfort and flow. The layout includes a downstairs W/C, utility room, and garage positioned toward the front of the property to maximise convenience and accessibility. These practical additions enhance the home’s functionality without compromising on style or space.

Our 2D and 3D visualisations allowed the client to visualise the expansion from all angles, ensuring that the new extension would harmonise with the existing structure. Large windows and open layouts were incorporated to create a bright and connected environment, with seamless transitions between different functional areas. The final design achieved a balance between modern aesthetics and the client’s practical needs, resulting in a thoughtfully designed extension that enhances both the property’s value and livability.
