Our team was hired to assess the feasibility of a comprehensive remodel of the ground floor of a family home in Elloughton. The primary goal was to create a spacious, open-plan layout that would blend seamlessly with the outdoor garden area. The client’s vision centered around a large kitchen with a dining space, designed to foster a warm, welcoming environment for family gatherings and entertaining guests.

We began by exploring various layout options, focusing on maximizing natural light and creating a sense of openness. Large windows and doors were strategically incorporated to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering expansive views of the garden. These elements bring the outside in, creating a bright and airy ambiance that transforms the entire ground floor.

Our 2D and 3D designs provided the client with a clear visualization of the proposed remodel. Through these models, the client could envision how the new layout would enhance the flow of the space, improve functionality, and create a harmonious connection between the home’s interior and the garden. The design solutions we presented successfully balanced aesthetics and practicality, aligning with the client’s aspirations for a modern, inviting living area.
